Christmas cookie trays consisted of chocolate peppermint cookies, magic cookie bars, brownies macaroon snowmen & sugar cookies. 

I made these for Thanksgiving! It was a cookie bouquet but the turkey body was a big hollow ball of chocolate filled with candy. It was a big hit.
